Your information

When online booking is active, your name, contact details, chosen service and appointment preferences are used to manage your request in the studio’s booking system. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Please discuss medical information directly with Cheyenne.

Keep your private booking code confidential. Anyone with the code can view and manage that booking. For information or deletion requests, email cheyennelouise16@hotmail.com.

Confirming your visit

A preferred-date request is not a confirmed appointment. Cheyenne will agree your treatment, price, appointment details and any deposit with you. Only appointments marked confirmed are confirmed.

Current prices and promotional offers must be confirmed with Cheyenne. This website does not collect card payments.

Changes & cancellations

Use your booking code to cancel or request a date change, or contact Cheyenne directly. A date change releases your previous slot and returns your booking to a request for review. Agree deposit and cancellation terms with the studio before payment.

Cookies & external services

The staff area uses a necessary sign-in cookie. The website does not use advertising trackers. Facebook, Instagram, maps and WhatsApp open when you select their links and have their own privacy terms.

A WhatsApp request is sent by you through WhatsApp and is not saved as an online booking by this website.
